Refund policy

All purchase are non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable due to hygiene purposes.

In the unlikely event we mail out the wrong size or design, we will gladly change the items and there will be no additional shipping cost incurred.

In the event customer would like to change design, we will also gladly change the items provided items are in the original conditions, unpack & unused. Customer will have to bear the shipping fee to and from for the exchanging of the items.
